About Jacob

Jacob Nielsen is an operations engineer by profession. He works at a company with headquarters in Copenhagen where he is very happy. He is slowly becoming a coffee connoisseur. He loves roasting organic coffee at home. While making pancakes in the weekends  is a routine when gardening is not possible.  His technical and programming skills has mainly contributed to the birth and continuous development of Scrolls of Etiquette.
